Looking back on the path that I have travelled – I am pleasantly surprised at how I have weathered the storms and enjoyed the successes. I am glad that I just didn’t exist waiting to exit but lived and loved and learned with every life and career event.

Be it the strict regimen of the Armed Forces, the adventurous foray into entrepreneurship, or the corporate leadership roles they have all been instrumental in my evolving as a consultant, coach and guide. Because it is through this journey I have learned to practice and teach the first principles of organisational dynamics, strategy, transformations, and the mindset shift that is needed to lead in a complex and ever-changing world.
